This was my son’s first dentist appointment at 18 months old. They were super friendly and great with him. They were very adamant about making sure he was comfortable and wouldn’t be scared to come back. Highly recommend them for your littles or even yourself!
Horrible experience. Waited over a month for a dental ER appointment..Once I got in they wanted to schedule appointments to do the work because the dentist was "too busy" and they obviously didn't wanted to stay late. (5 extrations) Once I mentioned I have a hard time staying numb to normal anesthetic they wanted to refer me out and this was on a Saturday and the upcoming appointment was that Monday. I told them to cancel all upcoming appointments and went elsewhere local to get a 2nd opinion and was taken care of within a few days. Even though I requested all appointments to be canceled. I still would get calls from them to confirm those appointments. I would not recommend this establishment until they have there ducks in a row. I worked in the dental field so I know what is expected!
Absolutely the best dental office I've been to. All the way from the front office staff to hygienist lastly Dr. V is the best he always makes sure you are comfortable at all times!!
The dentist there is amazing, he was very gentle with me. He also fixed my tooth and made it look 100% better. He actually cares and takes his job serious. I have never met a Denist that actually cares for his clients and loves what he does. I give this Denist a10 out of 10 and would recommend him to all my family and friends. If you want a good Denist this place is the place to go.
I called to talk to them to see if they can care for my Daughter. She has very special needs. I was very specific on what her needs are, and what is needed for her appointments. They knew that she was having severe mouth pains. I go to pick up a medicine from to be filled out by her GP and they tell me they can't accommodate her. The office blamed the call center. Call center says there is no reason they can't see her !!! This place doesn not have the stuff in order and very unprofessional!!!
Everyone was friendly and welcoming and the service was fast and efficient. They also answered all of my questions, even the random and irrelevant ones lol. I never thought I'd say this about dental work but...I look forward to my next appointment!
